I would make certain that all responsibilities are laid out clearly, including termination of the partnership and then go from there.

I've had a few discussions lately with Apartment Syndicators and/or mid-to-large Multi-Unit partnerships sourcing deals into their pipelines and with Wholesalers who have good systems in place for Single-Family Home deal sourcing, but am having trouble finding any examples of success bringing both of these together.
