I told him, but you don't understand had I showed up at the bank with several large checks that were not in my name and my signatures on the back of them assuming I could deposit based on the instructions provided then I would have been in for a rude awakening, plus no doubt other branch officials would have been called in, I would have looked very suspicious.

I have taking 2 trips around the country going form national park to national park, I also Hike a quarter if the Appalachian trail last summer. ever sense I was deployed to Japan in the USMC I've been slowly reading and trying to self educate myself for about 4 years about anything that can relate to real estate.

I went through a couple of pages of 'rental markets' search on the forum but didn't directly see this question answered.I've been researching properties in the Queens side of Floral Park/Queens Village/etc --  I don't see many listings for rentals (20-40) on Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, Hotpads -- does the low number of listings on the sites mean the neighborhoods aren't good rentals like other parts of Queens (Elmhurst, Woodside, Corona, Flushing, etc) -- where you might see 200+?
