This is changing the actual permitted USE of the building and it's my understanding that the general community - or at least an appointed board - will have to approve it in addition to other general local officials.

We own 2 mobile home parks, 4 homes, and 1 convenience store in that area and one more convenience store in a different city.

In the DC area Takona Park and PG might have something and if you go fha or va you might a good amount left out of the 100k.

Love the idea of eventually owning a larger rental property like apartment complexes or even a trailer park.

My investor financed it with a private lender and made a GEM including a finished basement, Juliet Balcony, roof deck, and a cleverly made enclosed parking space in the back.

He also runs Ortins Property Management and they're on Park Street (so if you're looking for someone to manage for you while you're on the road for your job, you can put let them manage it)
