Hey everyone I'm looking at a property in Colorado and I'm wondering if there is anyone who is a commercial broker in Colorado Springs or south of Colorado Springs? I am from Illinois and so I'm looking for someone who is experience and can give me some advice on an area and property. Is actually a mobile home Park. Thanks

If it is the one on the MLS that is in Canon City I ran an analysis on it not to long ago. Cash flowed well and the area rents decently, but I passed on it because many of the units weren't owned by the mobile home park it was more renting out the lot so you'd want to factor in the cost to replace a unit or find someone to move onto the lot itself. Good Luck!
