There are very few promotion opportunities within my company and judging by the cars in the car park, the money isn't there either. 

I thought, oh good, now it should be really easy to get through to the entity in control of the property...apparently it is just as difficult as it was trying to contact the obscured owner before. 

Avoid car payments like the plague.  

Facing eviction with no where to go, ending up couch surfing with friends, living in their car or in shelters. 

You will need at least 1 line of credit to help rebuild ( credit card, student loan, car loan, etc)In speaking with a banker he informed me I needed at least 2 open lines. 

Drive the areas when school is in session and look for college stickers on cars, lots of garbage cans, roving bands of party goers etc.

Chain link fences, houses with bad paint, cars without wheels.

I plan on using my cashflow to knock down my biggest debt the car payment which I will never get into again!
