Say you close in the fall, have it done year end, it may be next spring before people take notice of it.

In my mind, that didn't make sense because if you know how to access the information how did you not notice after managing the property for 18 years?

If so, and you have been give proper notice in accordance with the agreement then you have to leave.  

You might end up doing the last two if you ever go into private practice. 

You'll also notice he's been trying to bury his apology post on his blog by posting new articles every day since then.
