And the best way to find a Realtor like that is through networking and recommendations. 

@Hatim Barma I can refer you to some top notch agents in central OH, but Harvey and Brad would be 2 of the 4 I would say connect with first as they own their own investments, have solid networks/experience/exit strategies, and are loyal/dependable/honest/fast/communicatable, etc.

@Jalen Chambees attend a local REIA to network with others, especially if you plan to invest locally.

In the meantime, continue to network with local investors and engage BP.

I'll ask some of the commercial brokers in my office for good lenders to talk to and treat a few to lunches or find another networking event where I could meet some savy lenders.

IF you are considering a BRRRR, I would network first with your local REIA and try to find a contractor/s and/or an experienced flipper/rehabber.

Poor due to having lost everything but having "rich" in the knowledge and network it would take to build it again.
