University of TN has projected some pretty incredible growth for Rutherford county, for example, and it's a happening place as it is.

So many jobs have left the state of Delaware over the last several years (DuPont, MBNA, etc), it's good to hear of new ones coming in.I thought it would be nice to have a discussion with fellow Delaware BP'ers about job growth in Delaware.

And if you had enough foresight (or luck) to buy in SF, you've experienced just over an 800% return, let alone the rent growth over this time..

It also has to do with economy diversification, population growth, and amenities to tell you could go.I am 59 years old and I am full of advice for you.

There are some good ones out there, but more generally I recommend sticking to growth markets.

In such cases, you might want to consider OOS investing.Look for markets with strong economic fundamentals, such as job growth, population growth, and low unemployment rates.

This combined with a very proactive Mayor who seeks initiatives that encourage economic growth have really become attractive to those investing in Pittsburgh.
