I would venture to say that it is only a small percentage.People make a ton of money doing all sorts of businesses. 

The seller who seems to be very motivated is asking for $100,000 cash but will do an owner-finance for a bit more.

On top of self development in REI, you should also devote time on motivation and successful habits.Notable people and workings are: Earl Nightingale (20 minutes that can change your life), Les Brown (know your purpose), Napoleon Hill (Think and Grow Rich), Grant Cardone (10X), Eric Thomas (know your why), CT Fletcher (obsessed), Zig Ziglar, and on and on and on.

She does seem like a motivated seller, and even stated "I'm not looking for much money from it, I'm just trying to get it off my hands."

I'm building my list via driving for dollars and will send postcards to find the motivated sellers.

I know this will take time and a lot of hard work, but I am motivated and committed to succeed for me and for my family.  

I understand that every market is different but until I gain experience and would like to put some sort of value for now.

I have found a new motivation and I'm ready for any challenges. 

I was raised with that sort of stress and will do anything it takes for my future family and I to not have to experience that.If you have another option that’d apply to my circumstances I’d like to hear about it.
