This typically is not done through just one or two phone calls.

I had them set reminders on their phones, I did as well and sent a text when it was the right time. 

I agree with @Kyle J. even their contact page doesn't have a complete phone number.

When you get them on the phone, tell them you are a new investor. 

You can also pick up the phone and call a local commercial MF broker and ask them. 

You’ll have to deal with tenant phone calls in which they expect you to fix issues as soon as possible.

I tried contacting the phone numbers through public records and left voicemails on the numbers that were not disconnected.

Super short post here, but just wanted to share:Finding the right contractor or handyman is an ongoing battle.Recently, after trolling the Home Depot and Lowes parking lot and snapping photos of all the vans with their company logos and phone numbers, I noticed ALL THE WHITE VANS with no advertising on the exterior. 

I found people I trust in the area that would like to take on Housekeeping and respond to the rentals if there is a need I cant handle over the phone.
