Lenders/Mortgagors what do you do with your leads that have 50k in cash, but are self-employed or have medical bills?

Even if someone finds a property and is able to view it and maker an offer, there are likely slow-downs such as an inspector being weary to enter a property, securing funding as some claim that has become tougher, etc.

First, many (not all) boomers have access to better medical care and/or are taking more pains to be active than their parent's generation, meaning they will likely stay in their homes longer. 

Currently, as far as I know, it looks like the father moved out (who was paying the rent for the bottom unit) and now only the son is living there (unemployed, and claims he cant receive unemployment or stimulus because he hasn't claimed taxes in years).
