I agree with Ned there seems to be a rush of investors listening to the constant media hype that its now or never to park their money in real estate so they are overpaying for it.

Thank you for your advice.If you are selling, you want it to be desirable to the buyers, but not over spend on doing that.You could do an over range microwave (it might require a special circuit).If the electrician is already there, on the salad bar next to to the fridge, more outlets than normal might be nice (point that out to the buyers). 

Prior to showing we do an employer verification, previous LL feedback and check their Social Media. 

If the building was full of old knob and tube wiring and all the outlets are ungrounded and had tons of safety issues I’m not sure if we would pay any money for this building!

lol.They're claiming the septic didn't work (found to be a clog in the sink drain by my plumber), the laundry facilities didn't work and they couldn't launder their clothes (drain and electrical outlet were repaired and I never heard of a problem after), they said the refrigerator stopped working so they had to buy their own (which I was never contacted about if this is the case).  

Every governmental agency and insurance industry media has said the insurance industry can not withstand the growing storms due to climate change.
