If an investor already has millions or makes 500k to 1 million a year as a doctor etc. they do not need massive cash flow.

@Tyler Tacy it appears the steel is rusting inside the concrète which is normal and causing some cracking and spalling.

We are talking massive devastation because the frequency at which the event is experienced is very rare and the buildings are not designed to handle such an event.
