How do we begin the process of establishing a rent amount to charge on this?

Account Closed I was actually told by my CoStar rep a few days ago that you can list property on CoStar at no additional charge, but the only extra charges are if you want to list it on LoopNet.

like in Oregon any loan under 50k you can only charge a certain rate. 

I wonder about these gardeners who often will charge people $120 a day to do work or handymen who want to do a bathroom cosmetic remodel.

I don't know where you're buying at, but try and do some research to see 1) if it's market to charge RUBS where you're at, and 2) how much your nearest comps are charging for RUBS.- Depending on size of the property, scope of the work, and how much rehab you're willing to do, you can always consider individually submetering each unit.
