Oh yeah…..I left out how this all went down in the middle of a pandemic and I lost all of my financing a week before closing.

On the other hand, it could be 100% truthful but they left out the years of building a team or fine-tuning that one marketing piece that kills it.

We purposely left them out of the initial contract to discuss compensation later.

Of those left that are 'qualified' I set up an in person showing.

More than 6 times, and on the left and right side to boot.I was surprised to find that it's around $1,100 to repair it. 

So I have a tenant who has left his mattress in my garage.

Second check the rest of your settings and make sure your minimum nights and other settings align with your market.
