Tenant Storing Mattress in my Garage

Hi! So I have a tenant who has left his mattress in my garage. We house hack at this property so he only really rents one room. He still lives in the property. There is a no storage clause as well in the lease. We’ve asked him several times to remove it, but he hasn’t. We have a clause that will allow us to find him for it, but can we legally remove it? In Baltimore. Thanks!
