This is the 3rd time I tried entering stuff in on the Lemonade site and each time at the end there's a reason they don't insure something.

I will be paying for the system because *I* will use it to monitor stuff, but I expect it to stay under $10/mo, and I'll give each person unique access while they rent. 

It’s one of those things you where keeping your stuff separate benefits you in the long run.

There is a lot of time sitting through agent course 75 hours and the stuff you sit through is not at all applicable in real life.

In the meantime if that idea does of doesn’t work for you maybe you can locate an investor friendly realtor as you build your team and once you’ve narrowed your property criteria if you want to invest locally to where you’re living now have them set up a search for stuff on the MLS that fits your needs.

I'm renting to a student market and am targeting out of state and international students with a fully furnished apartment, down to kitchen goods. 

@Bob E.I stay away from eastern PA most of my stuff has been around Pittsburgh which has gotten awful since covid.They keep kicking can down road on evictions because they have so many.
