We are thinking about attending the next REI meet up in Rhode Island so that way we can begin networking with others in our area.

You should be meeting with 100 people to be able to line up some good joint venture partners.

A lot of agents and lawyers are not familiar with wholesaling or see it as a  grey area which is why I recommend finding local meet ups.
