They would like to install a ring doorbell system.

The rental has all the appliances already installed (they worked fine upon inspection and move-in). 9 months into the lease the refrigerator went broke, massive problems with the sink and plumbing, then to top it all of the washer decided to cut out (naturally all my clothes were in it when this happened). 

I have been looking for a guy to vac and charge if I install an AC when I do a furnace, ( I am licensed just havent taken my 608 yet no vac pump or charge scale either.) 

The city required the former landlord on one of my properties to upgrade all the electrical boxes when they installed underground cable.

Typically, dealers get paid when they deliver and install homes on the site.  

Buy the shingles yourself and get a quote for installation.

Having said that, 5 years of inspections prior didn't require this outlet be installed.  

It certainly  always is advisable to exercise basic safety precautions, such as keep windows locked up at night  and when you leave the house, getting dead-bolts installed and using them, etc.  

I’ve had good experience with laminate, but after I started installing LVP (vinyl) I am sold that it’s pretty much the only way to go.

For new flooring, I budget $4/sq ft for luxury vinyl plank, including install.
