Continue to educate people and realize some folks take a little longer to get it and some just never will....

Thanks, I thought this question would have an obvious answer and would have occurred to many folks here, so I wanted to try this forum first. 

Here's my question:How do we handle the partnership or compensation of the folks doing the leg work for raising the money?

I've simply put things I've learned from BP folks to good use and wanted to share for others who may not have heard the specific podcasts or read the threads I did but who find this post instead.

Dive into the podcasts, the books and the great network of folks here that have a tremendous amount of knowledge to learn from!

Theres quite a few folks on here from SWFL

I love discussing syndications with folks.

It is very much running a business in the real estate industry and it is something that many folks who 'give it a shot' bail from before seeing any significant success.

But with my folks seems like a no-brainer. 

Some folk feel it important and sleep better at night.
