The home health care house hack (HHCHH) discussed on BPP 359 has rocked my world.

One of the problems with health care is so many of the costs are 'off the books' (employer health plans, charity care).

It has yet to turn into an actual claim but the guest's health insurance company could turn it into a claim at any time over the next year. 

Civils focus on calculation of large utility systems, roadways, bridges, and public health safety and welfare, whereas landscape architects focus on analysis, design process and solutions, aesthetics, spatial qualities and experiences, site drainage issues, planting, soils, landscape and cultural stewardship, and public health, safety and welfare issues. 

So, I’m looking to buying one here in Houston at the Spa expo this weekend.  

I don't plan on retiring in my 60's or possibly ever unless I have health conditions that prevent me from working.
