You'll probably need to focus on having an effective training program, lead generating system, as well as an opportunity to be mentored or coached.

You could also consider using some kind of home warranty program for basic repairs and fixes but it might not be worth it if your house is in good condition. 

Does anyone have recommendations for a simple, easy to use program for tracking the incoming rent/outgoing expenses for several properties?
