There’s no universally right or wrong answer, just what works best for you and to what degree you are comfortable renting your customers from the established booking sites. 

My fiancée, Elizabeth, and I are extremely excited to graduate with engineering degrees this April.

We currently do not have plans to go back to school for advanced degrees.

For Phoenix, Southern Florida, and to some degree Coachella Valley (Palm Springs/Palm Desert/La Quinta - although I despise their regulatory environment and would steer people clear) you could have your vacation rental rented in peak season, as such, to get all the upside that comes with it.

So while that stock IS a note marking a certain ownership, to what degree and size of ownership stake it is, is a perceptual and conceptual one as it can be changed thus changing it's value. 

On paper anyway and rents to some degree.  

However you need cashflow to some degree to reach your net worth goals.Hope this helps!

If you have a higher useful degree (engineer, computer science, etc.), it's easier to get a higher wage job and it's the lowest risk of generating income.

TrueRent PendoRent are ok to some degree but still on learning curve.
