Fruit flies or mold mites would be in the air and around fruit and other food.

Actions are stronger than words and this weekend i'm buying a car to get rid of my new truck so that i'll have the freed income for a down payment on my first property.

I was born and raised here in the RDU area, and I currently work as a truck driver.

The other guy has kept food on their table for years they have to take  of him first. 

when they did have to leave, the longest term renter had a $45k truck and $35k car loan to pay off, so qualifying for a new place was hard. 

As a contractor myself I often compete/lose jobs to guys working out of the back of the truck that undercut our bids.

The issue I would see is that the tenants are apparently already having issues in managing their finances and now their expenses are going to increase with additional fees, additional pet rent, pet food, vet bills, etc.

They often don't advertise,  other than their name on their truck and jobsite signs.
