I like to include a variety of places for food, drinks, entertainment/attractions special to that location, sports, groceries, and music.

However, I wanted to continue learning so I looked more into real estate investing as a way to create a path for myself and expand into other fields I'm passionate about, such as health and wellness.My goal is to build up both businesses into companies that work to create solutions for our environment, the less fortunate or lower-income, provide jobs, better our food system, and inspire those like me to think bigger and know it's possible.Thank you to everyone that's here and I hope to add value inside the forums and continue making this a place to give knowledge and push our peers forward.

BUT it can be SO much more financially lucrative and for me rewarding being able to have a happy vacation spot for people to come make memories.Long term as you probably know, doesn’t usually have those upfront or ongoing expenses.

My favorite is when people leave food in the fridge and tell me "you can have it".

The best parts are definitely the food as well as going to various festivals.

Such as activities, food, events, staff assistance, etc...

If it had been me, I would have bet on that floor drain clogging up with food and sewage residue the FIRST DAY.
