Hi There ,I am about to get a website scraping tool built - but I am not too sure of all the things to consider here - I have given the basic requirement to the developerfor ex: the program built should be able to work with different sites - for ex one can be built on .net , the other on html - the software should be good enough to handle these variations.If anybody has any pointers , that would help - you can PM me as well .Alternatively , if anyone knows of a good out of the box software that I can purchase or subscribe to - I can do that as wellThanks,David

Unless you're planning to move to Ohio and give up your legal career you're probably going to have to trust them in regard to things like repairs, vetting tenants, maintenance, and even getting bids if there's a larger cap-ex expenditure.

Granted I haven't taken into account cap ex, etc but if we are rehabbing it you aren't REALLY needing to use a high number in cap ex/maint because I assume an investor would be putting in new water heaters and HVAC with warranties.ANYWAYS lol.
