That's how I quit my job, found out it's super boring to be retired, started a real estate team and became a YouTuber, so within a few months I was back at working more than full time again - and I love it!

To date the MTRs have been lovely and work as hard as I do!

I'd love to see what is available as we have the Property Mgmt side covered and some vendor contacts in the area.

And again its both an oversupply & population decline (espically of high income renters) driving this, I'd love a too see what rent growth is within metro area's because I bet alot af areaas are looking at the same dynamic
