We will re-pipe flute pipe, electrical, refrigeration piping, install Aprilaire media filters and add grille with duct work through the wall into the finished area of the basement.

The building has exterior walls and windows, fire suppression, HVAC, elevator, roof, plumbing and electrical connections on each floor.

I had one contract cost them like 5k, someone converted it into living space, so we had to demo cabinets, countertops, cancel electrical and cap plumbing.

Master Metered includes electricity as well?

I have been running a dehumidifier in my personal residence over the summer months and the electric used is noticeable on the bill. may give this a shot!

I think it's 6-9 units. it has 9 electrical meters, but only 6 are metered/on) and it only has 6 gas meters.

Our refurbishing has been a ton of work but have accomplished much (new plumbing, new electrical, remodeled main bath and added a second bath and BR in lower level, new concrete drive, new decks, etc.).

I do need to do more review of the market to confirm if prospective tenants would accept the responsibility of paying for utilities, or if the market expectation is that utilities are included in the rent for the area.However, this may be a moot point if it will be prohibitively expensive or cause massive headaches to even try to meter for gas and electric for each unit.
