I know that I have kept my eye on a couple of the properties listed through that website but it seems like nothing ever is sold and if it is it takes 6+ months.

So far, I've sent out truly hand written yellow letters, just launched a postcard campaign using Every Door Direct Mail from the post office, setup two different websites and associated google adwords campaigns, and I also got 1 lead from my car magnet.

Hey guys, I am getting into foreclosure investing and have a couple questions since going through almost 500 listings from my county clerks website.1) Is it even possible to strike a deal with the homeowner before the house goes to auction if it has ALREADY been scheduled an auction date?
