Just to clarify, we have gone through the Section 8 inspections and approval in the past and are familiar with the workings of our section 8 units.... we decided to not renew our Section 8 contracts with our local city due to the negative experience.

Can't hurt to chat with a local landlord-tenant lawyer on how the laws in this city tend to operate, as far as verbal or other agreements.

Hey all, City: Villa Park, California My uncle wants to sell my a property for 800,000 through seller financing and no interest.

But I hear there are benefits (tax & ...)to keeping some parts to declare it as a remodel to city/state. 

(high end) It is on City water and has a lagoon system that was just certified in 2017 for 5 years.

I live in the Twin Cities but went to college in Cloud.

We started getting bids and guarantees from city government, Burlington Northern Railroad,  Utilities, Carpet Layers, House Movers, Insurers,  Landscapers, etc. 

., and I was new to the city so had no pre-existing SOI.  

One of the many positives is that the lot was previously developed and still maintains municipal city service connections.
