I am installing a new roof and new gutter system on Monday, so all of those initial questions will be corrected or addressed before moving forward with waterproofing.Given this water issue has persisted to a point of a bowing wall and seepage (over 2 years), would you think fixing the gutters and drainage to be sufficient in drying out the basement and preventing further foundation damage?
