Suck suck suck you dry!

Morning Todd,  been dry in Oregon I see  we are making great progress on our Canby project as a result of the long dry spells.having been around these companies for years.. what you find is the attraction is quick money easy or big money with no money..

You will have some attorneys that will charge for anything and drag fees out to suck you dry.

My inlaws bought 10 acres (vacant, 6.5 or so are dry and buildable) in Umatilla in 2015 for $69k and could sell it for $200k now.  

And not just pointing fingers and demanding things wearing a freshly dry-cleaned outfit.

Most manufacturer's require a full drying of the roof within 48 hours.  

Tile needs to be attached to dry wall at a bare minimum but is best backed with cement board

I am installing a new roof and new gutter system on Monday, so all of those initial questions will be corrected or addressed before moving forward with waterproofing.Given this water issue has persisted to a point of a bowing wall and seepage (over 2 years), would you think fixing the gutters and drainage to be sufficient in drying out the basement and preventing further foundation damage?

Shannon isn't ever going to find another job and when the good graces of whomever has been helping these folks out financially runs dry you'll likely be evicting them.I'm assuming these folks are on a one year lease, correct?
