@Jason Cory I doubt that's the case with this one. 

I have no doubt that 60% more self storage clients are late this year, compared to 2019.However, only time will tell whether self storage clients are willing to forfeit their possessions by defaulting on their unit lease agreements.

If it was a simple forgotten payment, I highly doubt it would have gotten to the filing stage.

Step 5 is where some people have doubts due to the terms of the loan.30 days is maybe referring to step 3, 60 days is for sure step 5.  

I will be the naysayer - I am a bit doubtful that you have found what you say.  

I'm questioning if it's valid based on today's market but I'll give the benefit of the doubt.

But I doubt it will pass.

Water proofing contractors can inject cracks with epoxy cement which can totally stop a small leak. 

I highly doubt it unless another state with high tech companies nearby.
