I assume what Im describing is similar to the process that allowed you to make a solid investment the first time around... why does it suddenly have to be all or nothing and as fast as possible?? 

Upon viewing the property the agent told us the tenants would be moving out immediately. 

It could be viewed as predatory. 

We identify a property that's interesting to us, we then go to the property and view the outside of it.

Lenders that don’t require an appraisal will perform a desktop appraisal but will typically have a very conservative view on the value of the property to protect the company’s investment.
