Views on Rent-To-Retirement

I recently heard an advertisement on the BP Podcast that mentioned Rent-to-Retirement. I checked out the website but was wondering what some of the pros and cons are for someone who has used this service. Any advice would be appreciated. 

I am thinking of buying a second property but am thinking over my options.
