I've always wanted to buy duplexes/triplexes in the area and hold as rental properties.

I just came from the bank to open a bank account for the newly formed LLC that will hold the property I am purchasing.

They want to buy a rental property and are meeting with their CPA and lender to determine how much income they need to show to qualify for a conventional loan on an investment property.
