(window pane cracked, one door doesn't latch, one receptacle dosn't work, slow bath drain, etc.) -- I'm wondering if anyone has a good "punch list" culled form their experience?

To me I don’t want to do a deep dive into the complete resume or qualifications or financial history of a host, I just want to know that they’re attuned to professional standards and provide an honest representation of their property.  

Several of these folks are deep into the mobile home world.  

I've heard that new construction slows during economic decline.

The market is so tough here, I am right now deep diving into BiggerPockets on long distance STR/LTR investing.

This summer and winter were over 90% booked, but we do have some slow shoulder seasons that brings the average down for the year.

Since COVID has slowed down a bit, I see that most of the meetups around Maine have transitioned back into physical meetups.

We just didn't know what the hell was going on but we were deep in it it with him and it would be taken more time to get someone else in there to finish it and costlier as well.

After Covid, things slowed down.
