I'm considering buying a mobile home as a rental.

I am debating installing a central AC unit for the 4/5 months it gets hot in Colorado, but was wondering if it would be better to have mobile AC units in each bedroom instead.

This is commonly known in the industry as “double ending it” and is the holy grail of listing agents because they get double the money on the deal.In a tight market some people claim that a buyer can get a slight edge if s/he goes directly to the listing agent since, in a situation with multiple offers, you can imagine the listing agent might be inclined to favor offers where they get to keep both sides of the commission vs. those where they'd have to split it.However, as Mike said, the downside to that is that you lose dedicated representation for someone who's definitely on your side, looking out for your interests, etc.

These are dedicated rehearsal studios where they can drum as loud as they want, be it alone or with a band.

What are owners typically seeing for average monthly cost for public water/sewer, in their mobile home park of around 40 homes?

Hello fellow investors,We purchased of 10 acres land with mobile home in it few years back in 2012 in venus TX. close to Midlothian TX. 

I lacked dedication and discipline. I also did not really invest time and energy into learning all that I could.

I estimate the home could yield good rents with some updating, Reno and dedicated landscaping work.
