Being hands on and somewhat of a perfectionist I think I would have a really hard time flipping remotely.

I was thinking of doing MTR in Madison, since I think there should be a demand for travel nurses and students,but I don't understand how does the numbers work so the houses are so expensive.Would love to chat with more experiences investors. 

I've heard too many horror stories about people that pay cash for a property because they think they are getting a deal.A moron of an owner could see they could get a much higher price if they just put in the exit signs (etc) and then sold to someone with a bank loan.

From a quick read of the SB ordinance I don't think you adding the ADU has anything to do with it.

Everyone tells you they have training, but I think you can cut the slackers from the top by seeing where they train.
