You have to remember too that this is one of the hottest markets in the country, so the amount of wholesale calling that is happening daily here is assinine!

The  truth is STR are doing well all over the country.

this is actually quite common or lets say if you do a lot of court house work you will run into this one to 3 times a year. some pre foreclosure company beat you to it.
