I contacted a CPA who told me that foreign investors have a 40% tax on the inheritance.Also the CPA told me that in order to not pay so much taxes in case I die is better to open a company overseas.

I would be very uncomfortable buying a property without knowing exactly who is living in it, and have a way to contact them!!!

The seller aka bank will permit the potential buyer to contact the local utilities and have them put utilities into the buyers name for one day for the inspection which of coarse is a contingency that you’d arrange as part of the sale .
