You'll stay current by actually doing work in the real estate space and you won't need any additional magazines or websites to keep you "alert" - a lot of the stuff online is just mist and useless noise.If however, you want to consume that kind of content for personal reasons/pleasure, that's an entirely different story.I think focusing on your market and doing what needs to be done every single day, consistently, will keep you more than up-to-date with things going on in real estate.

I've consumed maybe too much podcasts/blogs in the last week or so but it's always about landing the first deal and then it's supposed to get easier from there.

ROE comes into play when I'm trying to optimize my portfolio later on.So I was definitely including PMI in my calcs to determine cocROI, but then started fumbling around with cap rates and got myself confused.It now makes more sense that I should not focus so much on that metric for SFH and small multi’s.Good tip to keep ROE in mind for overall portfolio health.

You don’t have to agree with him entirely, but he does one thing very well- and that’s helping people get out of student loan/consumer debt so they can build wealth & invest in their future.

I am now working on putting my team and my contacts back together and also giving myself permission in coming back out of my comfort zone. due to illness and working on my health.

It can be a little time consuming but pretty much all wallpaper I've come across can be removed from the drywall.
