I just wanted to let people know of an option out there that i was really impressed by.I was looking for additional education as well as a way to get something that I could put on a resume as I was applying to Real Estate Industry jobs.

We have Connect locks which are Z Wave vs WiFi.It could be that the lock is losing connection with the router.

I know a lot of people target the travel nurse demographic, but there are also a lot of patients that come for long-term treatments and need housing.Does anyone have experience catering to this demographic, and what are your thoughts on making the house ADA compliant? 

You're leveraging the ability to find/screen/properly manage people and properties.

Too many RE gurus are telling people to overleverage themselves into the worst housing market (and potentially economy) in decades.

My advice is to connect with right people.

Too many people buy a mop and bucket and then call themselves cleaners.

If “wholesaler” (used in the sense of contract flipping, not people who close on purchase and resell) were required to disclose in writing to home sellers that they are not purchasing the home, are only trying to “flip” the contract, and the sale will only close IF a buyer at a higher price can be found, would this eliminate the need (if a need does exist) for government regulations being enacted and or for “wholesalers” to be licensed real estate agents?

This is way too complicated for most people who want to invest without money.
