Once inside I could barely see anything as she had no lights on or bulbs and the windows were covered with black sheets, what strick me immediately though was the washing machine in center of the living room with no drainage, water was just running out on the wooden floor, the place was hot and stinky, she had no furniture of note just clothe in the corner of every room, the bathroom sink was stained with purple dye which was the color of her hair.

Also check to see if there are outlets in the bathrooms - some old houses don't have them and that is a pain for tenants.Don't worry about the pink and blue tiles, it doesn't cost a ton to get the tile glazed White if the colors are really offensive.

No stain no seal acrylic grout...easy to use, colors are uniform and supposedly bulletproof.  

It's a pet peeve of mine because licensees become much less inclined to find creative solutions when they have to color the picture and stay within the lines.The other point is that the training is designed to help you pass the exam, not do the business.Alas, many learn the forms by not the business.
