I have tenants who just moved into my condo and are requesting compensation for: (1) repainting (I had to repaint a wall in a different color than they originally saw when I took down my speakers); (2) loud bathroom fans in each bathroom; (3) Ceiling fans that are outdated but functional; (4) wall wiring so that their t.v. does not reveal the wires; (5) fridge filter which admittedly was old and they noted that my flooring has a soft spot but did not request replacement (yet!).  

Sticking to neutral colors is a good idea.  

If the want something then they have to pay for a professional painter that my company must approve and when they vacate the premises they have to pay to have the unit repainted back to the color they moved in and accepted the property in.

Is it true birds like to poop on some color  vehicles more than others? 

If the carpet has to be replaced, she'll have to go see if the store still has the same color in stock. 

There are poor people of all colors.  

If i were flipping it i would look to give color.  

Others to also look at is providing custom paint colors for 1 or 2 rooms. 

I suspect my own experience as a student colors my opinion.

I don't care what species it is, what color it is or what genetic research you do to it.
