Dressers, chairs, dining table set, coffee tables, nightstands, bedroom sets, elephant riding seat thingy, ancient looking stone sharpening wheel, large rugs, mostly European looking with a bit of Asian flair on some of the pieces.I'm fairly confident that most of the contents left in the home should be valuable.

But I am fairly new to actual Property Management and having a well oiled machine take care of them. 

It helped by allowing me to focus on exactly on the massive action required to build a real estate investing machine and quadruple in size every few months.In every adversity can be found the seed of an equal or greater opportunity.

Then coffee shops pop up as they bring traffic.
