:) I have never asked for the address of the property until I know the client is under contract for the property. 

I would assume that most other agents would mutually agree to end the agreement, especially if the client is not happy with the service.

It's more that in the purchase/sale agreement and supporting documents of the one sale there is a split or allocation between the two types of property - personal real estate and investment real estate.
