I don't want to get into discrimination etc etc but for a single occupant no children in a one bedroom vs a single dad with two kids in a three bedroom the life expenses are no where near the same so how do people adjust internally for that?

. - do they have a family of their own. it's ok if they don't but it's not ok if for instance they have children they have not seen for five years - that tells you something about a character!

I saw a listing on my MLS that caught my eye for the description. It reads: "...Adult only 18 years+ community by covenant."
I didn't think you could discriminate by age unless it's a 55+ community.
