Some want full professional service, some what the a la carte menu, some don’t care unless they get their rent!!

I can testify at city council meetings, but the commissioner proposing this doesn't care 2 licks about what any landlord says, and at least 2 of the 4 other commissioners tend to vote exactly the same as this commissioner. 

The listing agent said that tenant does snow removal and takes care of the property.

They say they dont care that it has not seasoned.

I don’t care if they have to pay taxes.

Wanted to see if anyone has recent information or currently has investments in this area and would care to share their experience?

If you are still in your due diligence period, you need to take care of this first before you worry about raising rents!

The media, courts, tenants, family and friends, feel we are just money hungry people who care nothing about our tenants but only the money.

We love to see buyers who CARE and really TRY to run their business right.
