There were a lot of obvious misses in that house that you couldn't see in pictures and of course the seller didn't write they were incompetent renovators.I highly recommend getting someone on your side to eyeball the property before you buy it.

Now you’re carrying a huge debt that is solely reliant upon STR business.I would sell it and take the cash to buy multiple SFR's or 2-4 unit multifamily rentals and spread my equity to more REI's (without an HOA).

The applicant is young ( 24) but looks completely presentable, obviously organized, nice car buy why ZEROcredit through transunion ?   

Some people pull all the equity out of their rentals to buy more, others like to pay cash for them, others pay the mortgages down faster because perhaps they want them paid off when they retire, others just let the tenants pay them down over time.

 Do you recommend I buy a house in my government name and then transfer the title to my business or just buy in my business name from the jump ?
