My title company got a broker who brought a buyer in, the broker needed to get access to the house.

The deal was brought to me by a wholesaler...the property itself is a new (2015) build, and it's cash flowing about $50/mo...HOWEVER it's a great long term/equity plan in a great town in a great/growing market - east side El Paso. 

A fact that was brought to my attention by one of the other roommates in the house.

Work brought me here so i've been around for a 4 years now and decided to start to dabble in the RE market. 

The question brought up today in an office meeting is the possibility of agents becoming obsolete.

What I saw yesterday at their house was... they've been spending thousands and thousands preparing for doomsday brought about by Biden/Harris. 

But for an interior of the house where you as the owner reside while renting out to roommates ("house hacking") - is there a camera or system anyone can recommend for:1) Monitoring guests brought over by roommates in the common areas (my friend has a guest policy and cameras would obviously help ensure the policy is adhered to)2) Potentially helping police identify someone should they break into the house?

Carefully remove anything that's salvageable and that may be usable in one of my other units, or in a future unit, and have it brought to my storage garage. 2.

I then brought this deal to the final buyer who had been in the business for many years, but never actually bought a property for himself.
