And there is always the possibility, as many learned a decade ago, that you could have to sell for less than you bought it for. 

While there is some variability by region, Kijiji.ca is by far the most popular on-line listing site.

I bought with 4 different providers in 2 different markets.

The short version of how we ended up here is we bought a house to fix up while we lived in it.

For me specifically, I bought my personal house a couple months ago at 10% down.  

He told me I was the first person to call but has been trying to sell it, I walk through the house two  days later it wasn't too bad of shape but the price he was asking wasn't working out for me, I could tell he wasn't to motivated, but where it turn  around is he said he had another house he might want to sell that he bought as a HUD in 2010 but been renting two his family members that wasn't paying that much.

The cost of forming the LLC online in MA is $500 plus $20 fee.
